Vote at Nov Meeting to Adopt Bylaws

Note:  voting did not occur as scheduled at the Sept meeting because we did not have a quorum.

IDAL (formerly SALI), our national organization, has rewritten its Bylaws and has standardized the Chapter Bylaws.  To remain affiliated with IDAL, we will be voting to adopt those Bylaws.
Before we vote to adopt the new Chapter Bylaws, we must decide the following:
1)  Do we want four or five elected officers, the fifth being a second vice president; and
2)  Do we want to vote these officers to a 1-year or 2-year term.
